2. How do I use the AR experience with the artwork?
It's simple!

• Scan the QR code located on your artwork using your phone or tablet’s camera.
• Follow the link to launch the AR experience directly in your browser (no app required).
• Hold your device up to the artwork, and the AR animation will begin! Keep your phone pointed at the artwork to enjoy the full experience, as it acts as the anchor for the AR elements.

3. Do I need to download an app for the AR experience?
Most AR experiences can be accessed without downloading an app, using your phone or tablet's web browser. However, for a smoother experience or certain more complex animations, you may want to download the free Adobe Aero app.

4. What devices support the AR experience?
Our AR experiences are powered by Adobe Aero. Here are the supported devices for the best performance:

• iOS: Adobe Aero works on iPhone 8 and newer, iPad Pro, iPad (5th gen), and later models running iOS 13 or newer.
• Android: Adobe Aero is currently in Beta for Android. It supports devices running Android 8.0 or later with ARCore support (most newer models from brands like Samsung, Google Pixel, OnePlus, etc.).
• Desktop: For a desktop AR experience, Adobe Aero is available for macOS 10.15 and above.
